Thank you for being so supportive to the Club and officials in the difficult decision to postpone the “Edradour” Saltire Classic Rally, following the very heavy snowfall that afflicted Kenmore and district. 

We are pleased to say that the support from the RSCAC and the MSA has been excellent and we now have in place the revised authorisations from all concerned to run the event on Sunday 14th November 2010. 

Incredibly we still have a full entry plus two reserves; the competitive route remains the same as do the tests.  The “Ceremonial” Start and finish will however be in a different location. 

We have opted to move the Rally HQ to Moness House Hotel & Country Club in Aberfeldy. This provides a variety of options for accommodation. To get the best use of the hotel, if you can utilise one of the Cottages to the maximum by sharing it would be of benefit. 

We are only too aware of the financial challenges the postponement created. Unfortunately the club does not have the resources to ease this but we have agreed with the management at “Moness” that the Club will temporarily utilise part of the entry fee already paid to cover the deposit for one room for you in the interim.  This offer does not apply to officials. 

The hotel has a copy of the entry list. When booking please quote your entry number and name and state that it is for the Edradour Saltire Classic Rally. Once you have utilised the booking the Hotel will charge the agreed rate and the club will receive the balance of the entry fee. 

If you require more than one room the second deposit will require to be paid by yourselves. 

If for any reason the deposit falls into the category of “lost” due to ‘no show’ etc the Club will retain the entry fee.
